Partner WOD starts at 10am guys, if you are going to be late that is fine. Looks like we have quite a few people taking part so if you come at 10:30 or 11:00 you will be fine. Or just come and watch and have fun as usual!
100 Box jump, 24 inch box
100 Jumping pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
100 Walking Lunges
100 Knees to elbows
100 Push press, 45 pounds
100 Back extensions/good mornings
100 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
100 Double unders
Teams of two, one person works at a time. Split the reps up however you want, if you suck at something and your partner is awesome, then let them kill it.
